Our client, a leading name in the Insurance Sector seeks to employ a dynamic, career oriented Assistant Manager for Human Resources to provide tactical guidance to the HR team. The ideal candidate must be an MBA in Human Resources with extensive work in the area of human resources with thrust on recruitment, payroll, training, and all aspects of personnel activities. This is not an administration position and would require a person who can add value to the HR systems of the organization.
This position is based in Abu Dhabi
Salary: Dhs.7, 500-8,500(negotiable)
This position reports into the HR Manager and is a responsible one dealing with significant aspects of HR.
